How does the upgrade process to Cedonix 365 User work for existing Cedonix customers?

 

If you already use components included in Cedonix 365 User, your current licenses will automatically convert to Cedonix 365 User licenses. Any new Cedonix 365 User licenses you purchase will align with your updated contract term.

 

If you prefer to keep your existing (non–Cedonix 365 User) modules and purchase new Cedonix 365 User subscriptions separately, those will be managed under a new contract—your current solutions, terms, and pricing will remain unchanged.

Cedonix 365 User brings together all the core tools needed to prevent, respond to, and recover from user-focused security threats and data loss. Only solutions that directly support these goals and are licensed per end user are included in the subscription.
All other Cedonix solutions can be added separately under standard licensing terms. This provides a flexible, scalable foundation for security management, backup, and automation—while giving partners the freedom to expand as their business needs evolve.
Yes, you can buy individual components of Cedonix 365 User separately. However, the bundled plan offers such exceptional value that many features are effectively included at no additional cost. Even if you don’t use certain components immediately, you can activate them later whenever needed. You can also begin with a single component and upgrade to Cedonix 365 User anytime.
Yes. New Cedonix 365 User subscriptions require a minimum of 25 licenses to begin.
Yes. Each Cedonix 365 User plan includes the essential tools to prevent, respond to, and recover from user-targeted security threats and data loss. Dividing these components would compromise protection, which is why they are delivered together as one unified subscription.

Every Cedonix 365 User license includes 60GB of backup storage per user. Existing customers with prior SaaS Backup licenses that include up to 100GB per user will retain their current storage limits, while all new subscriptions follow the standard 60GB allocation. For educational institutions with lighter data needs, a lower-cost plan with reduced storage is also available.
